Sarah Stirk is most recognized for her work as a broadcaster, and many may recognize her from her appearances and analysis on Sky Sports Golf. Sarah, on the other hand, is a savvy businesswoman who is now an ambassador for the famed One Green Way in the Algarve’s Quinta do Lago.
She began presenting golf on Sky in January 2012, taking over for Diana Dougherty, who had departed the channel the previous month. Stirk started her broadcasting career on MUTV, Manchester United’s official channel. She’s also been on BBC East Midlands Today.
She covered the PGA Tour for Setanta Golf for two years. She began providing sports news for the BBC when Setanta died in 2009, appearing on the BBC News Channel in the UK and BBC World News, including Sports Today. Sarah temporarily worked for Sky News before joining Sky Sports’ golf staff.
