Chris Rock is an American stand-up comedian,actor and Filmaker.He gained fame as a comedian with his edgy humor and quick wit tackled subjects such as race relations,human sexuality and observational humor.
Rock is also known for his work in film,television and stage.Christopher was born in Andrews,South Carolina.He attended James Madison High School but dropped out of high school due to bullying.Julius then worked various jobs at Fast-food restaurants.
He hosted the Academy Awards twice in 2005 and 2016 and was involved in an incident with Will Smith on Stage at the 2022 Awards.
Rock rose to fame as a cast member on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from after years of performing stand-up comedy and small parts in movies like Beverly Hills Cop II.
Not only was he working at SNL but also made appearances in the movies CB4, Boomerang, and New Jack City, all of which he also wrote and produced. With the critically praised Bring the Pain in 1996, he became a well-known actor.
